Beta terms
These terms govern access to the free ATTNIQ beta. By creating a workspace, you agree to use the service responsibly and only with data you are permitted to process.
Beta service
ATTNIQ is an early-access product. Features may change, be unavailable or contain errors. Beta access is currently provided without a subscription fee or usage limits, and pricing may be introduced later with advance notice.
Your account and data
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for the customer data you add or connect. You confirm that you have the necessary authority and lawful basis to process that information through ATTNIQ.
Acceptable use
Do not use ATTNIQ to violate law, access accounts without permission, distribute malware, interfere with the service, probe other workspaces or process highly sensitive data that the beta is not designed to handle.
Recommendations
ATTNIQ highlights signals and suggests actions, but its output may be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for customer decisions, communications and business outcomes. ATTNIQ does not provide legal, financial or compliance advice.
Availability
The beta is provided on an as-available basis without a service-level commitment. We may suspend access to protect users, secure the service or make material changes.
Ending access
You may stop using ATTNIQ at any time and request workspace deletion through the homepage contact form. We may end beta access for misuse, security risk or prolonged inactivity.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ATTNIQ is not responsible for indirect losses, lost revenue or decisions made from beta-generated recommendations. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
These terms may change as ATTNIQ develops. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date above.
