Privacy notice
This notice explains what the ATTNIQ beta stores and why. ATTNIQ is customer relationship intelligence software for B2B teams.
Information we collect
We store account details such as your name, email address, encrypted password hash, workspace settings and the customer information you add. If you connect Google Workspace, ATTNIQ stores message and thread identifiers, communication direction, timestamps and correspondent business domains. The current Gmail sync does not store email bodies or snippets.
Connected services
If you authorize Google, Stripe, Zendesk or Jira, we store encrypted OAuth access credentials and the minimum account metadata needed to maintain that connection. You can disconnect a service at any time. Demo mode uses isolated, fictional data and does not connect to your real accounts.
How we use information
We use this information to operate ATTNIQ, identify relationship changes, generate attention lists, secure accounts, troubleshoot the beta and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information or use connected customer data for advertising.
Service providers
ATTNIQ may use hosting, transactional email and the integration providers you choose. These providers process information only to deliver the relevant service. The current beta is designed to minimize the content copied from connected systems.
Retention and deletion
Live workspace data is kept while your beta account is active or as needed to operate and secure the service. Isolated demo workspaces expire automatically. You can request workspace deletion through the contact form on the ATTNIQ homepage.
Security
Production sessions use secure cookies, integration credentials are encrypted at rest and access is isolated by workspace. No internet service can promise absolute security; please report suspected issues through the contact form.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your account information, and you can revoke connected-service access from the relevant provider. Use the contact form on the homepage and include the email address associated with your workspace.
Changes
This notice may change as the beta evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date above.
